Account Deletion

We’re sorry to see you go! If you're sure you want to delete your account, please read the following information carefully.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account?

• Permanent Action: Deleting your account is irreversible. Once deleted, all your data, including progress, settings, and any personal information associated with your account, will be permanently removed.
• Loss of Access: You will no longer have access to any of the content, courses, or features within the "Afrikaans Made Easy" app.
• Subscription: If you have an active subscription, please ensure you cancel it before deleting your account. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription, and you may still be charged if not cancelled separately.

How to Delete Your Account

1. Confirm Your Decision: Before proceeding, make sure that you truly want to delete your account. This action cannot be undone.
2. Cancel Subscription (if applicable):
   • Navigate to your MyProfile settings in your app store (Google Play or Apple App Store).
   • Cancel any active subscriptions linked to your "Afrikaans Made Easy" account.
3. Delete Your Account:
   • Go to the MyProfile section.
   • Scroll down and select Delete Profile
   • Click Confirm Deletion to proceed.

If you change your mind after deletion, you will need to create a new account and start from the beginning.
